Job Responsibility - Directly responsible for the training function in Transportation - Provides clear direction and support to section training coordinators in close consultation with OD&T - Conducts generic training regularly - Assesses services quality subsequently and adjusts training needs accordingly - Contributes ideas to and cooperates in the execution of strategic plan initiatives in support of the company vision, mission, values and guiding principles - Responsible for motivating, disciplining and counseling employees appropriately and in ensuring their job skills are constantly being improved and developed in accordance with the established training plan - Responsible for the preparation and monitoring of the training budget for Transportation Job Requirement - Knowledge of Hotel Transportation facilities and services - Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines - Minimum 3 years relevant in supervisory level of customer service in the Hospitality industry - Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin - Initiative, organized and detailed-orientation; excellent communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills
